Time for Exercise!
Are you still struggling to make time for exercise even for 15-20 minutes a day?  If so try this:

Pick a place in your office or home that you frequently walk by. Every time you go by that spot do a few repetitions of an excercise-
Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Jumping Jacks
Swats
Run in Place
Stretches

DO something every time you go by that spot.

Some tips-
- To make push-ups easier, set up a plank in a push-up position and use it to do your push-ups on or balance your body on your elbows and toes, pull your tummy in and hold your body off the floor as long as you can.
- Do a squat with your back against the wall and hold it for as long as you can.
- Find an area where you can have a few weights, an exercise mat, an exercise ball, a mini-trampoline, a pull up bar, or whatever you like. It makes it convenient and I have found this to be very helpful in reminding me to excercise.

By the end of the day, and without a lot of effort, you will have exercised every part of your body!
