Be Grateful!
As soon as you wake up in the morning, start saying all the things you are grateful for. I am grateful: I woke up this morning, I can see, my body moves, I can stand up, I can walk to the bathroom, I have hot water, I enjoy my shower, I can feel the pressure of the water, I enjoy the steam of the hot water, I have a warm towel to dry myself with, I have a warm home, I have a cool home, I have a dry home, I have clean clothes to wear, I have food to eat, my car starts, on and on. You have so many things to be grateful for you do not even realize it you just take everything for granted. Be grateful for everything even if at the time it does not seem like a good thing. You just never know.
Why: It puts you in a positive state of mind, which makes you feel better. It fills your mind with positives instead of negatives.
