At least 80%-100% of what you eat should be God made or natural, whole foods. If you are healthy perhaps, you can eat 10-20% human made or processed foods.
Food is the fuel your body needs to live.
Each of us has our own biochemistry so the fuel mixture of protein, carbohydrates, and fat is different for each of us. Therefore, as long as you are eating whole foods that are God made you can play around to see how your body does with more protein or less, more carbs or less, and so-on.
Shop the perimeter of the grocery store.
That is where the whole foods are, not in boxes and cans in the middle of the store. Pray over your food, it will raise the foods energy so it will be more nourishing to your body. Don't feel deprived, an occasional trip for fast food is OK for most people.
Learn to listen to what your body needs and wants.
Again if it is saying "McDonalds" that isn’t really what it needs but your body has been fooled into believing that is what it wants. Maybe what it is really asking for is protein or dairy. Listen for the real food requests.
Emotional Eating-
Stress and emotions are some of the reasons we over-eat. Exploring when and why you over-eat or make poor food choices is the first step in solving the problem. Biofeedback, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), massage, and essential oils are some of the methods we can use to get your mind and body on the right track to natural health.
